Angel was born in Charleston, SC. Angel received her Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Sport Science from Coastal Carolina University in 2013.

After graduating college, Angel pursued her passion for rehabilitation and therapeutic services working in local chiropractic, physical therapy, spas, & wellness offices. With over a decade of experience in sports and therapeutic massage, Angel blends clinical expertise with a luxury wellness approach, helping clients recover, restore, and elevate their overall well-being.
